F.A.Q.

What are the times for Drop off/Pick up??

Child drop off begins at 7:30am until 8:30am. After 8:30am begin our daily cirrculum. Interruptions to the cirrulum disrupts the childs schedule which can include naptimes and outdoor play and can affect the childs routine which is an important aspect in building a child's structure. It is important to stick to schedule unless specfic cases are coordinated in advance. With that in mind, pick up times can begin as soon as 3pm until Close of Business at 4:30pm.

Do you have extended hours?

Close of Business is 4:30pm, however in individual cases, extension in care may be coordinated. If not coordinated beforehand, any child remaining in care after 4:30 may incur a fee (fee rates stated in contract).

How does payment work/Is there a schedule?

Payment amount is discussed upon joint signing of the child contract. Payment is normally due the first day of the month and is prorated. Payment taken after the due date WILL incur late fees.

Is there a payment plan to services?

Again, payment is assessed at the time of contract signing. Where no two children are alike, we understand that no two parent situations are as well. We do work with several state and government programs such as Military Child Care Aware to supplement tuitional fees.

What Our Families are Saying

"You're such an amazing person. I'm so thankful our paths crossed."

Girl, you are literally the best!!

"Our son loves you guys so much! He wakes up on morning he doesn't come to your care wondering if he's coming to see Ms D. When I tell him the night before that he's coming, he's like "OH YEAH!!!!"

" Its so much fun, he's talking so much more now and is able to express his emotions as a reaction to things we tell him, and genuinely so excited when we talk about going by your care. He has always loved him time with you, of course, but now he can talk about it and it's the sweetest thing ever!"
